It was easy to join, paying was simple! The site made improvements to facilitate quicker usage.

They send you matches that are clearly not what you put in your criteria, like nonsmokers extremely important and you get a match with someone who smokes every day! Relationship status of separated was not acceptable to me and I got those all the time. I got emails of new profiles, matches that were interested and emails sent only to go to the site and find that profile was no longer available. Sometimes it was available then the site was behind closed doors and you could go to match.com their sister site! Go back and match is gone.

Emails are automated responses, calling is automated non american customer service, "we are sorry.... blah blah. This is WORST site out there. I have paid for quite a few and this one has produced not one date or even an emailing!!

Like the other review, it seems all my matches are from non-paying members. I have not received a response from any of my matches and I've been a paying member for 2 months. Sure, I get "He's interested" emails (similar to a Wink on Match) but no further communication after that. That leads me to beleive they are non-paying members. I used to get matches daily, now I'm lucky if I get one each week. Plus, many matches are over 150 miles away yet I asked for matches within 50 miles to me. They have a "Hidden Chemistry" feature where you answer fun questions each week that helps "them" (chemistry.com?) to know you better. I haven't had a new Hidden Chemisty question in over a month, even though that section says to check back each week for a new question. I bought a 3 month membership and will not be renewing. $100 and not even an opportunity for a date with someone is a waste of my hard-earned money.

The bad points are all profiles of nonpaying members. You won't have very good luck with this one. You'll get no responses or dates. I put down a 25 mile range on my date criteria and was getting matches from over 150 miles away. You don't have any way of knowing if your getting a member or just a profile. A big waste of time and very dissapointing.
